Over our 40+ years in business, we’ve continually perfected our processes to surpass our customers’ expectations. Our Service Center & Services have countlessly proven our reliability to our clients. We’ve developed a unique set of methods to ensure precise repairs of your damaged equipment through our years of experience and the EASA (Electrical Apparatus Service Association) accreditation program. As a result, we are an EASA-accredited service center. Any type and size of AC or DC motors and equipment can be repaired, reconditioned, redesigned, and rewound by us. We take pride in our work and the quality of our services.
All incoming equipment is documented, inspected, cleaned, and baked to begin our repair procedure. Next, components are evaluated and, if necessary, replaced. The stator and copper windings can be impregnated with resins using VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation). Rotating equipment is also dynamically balanced per NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) or ISO standards.
In addition, our in-house machine shop services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to repair or produce parts for your spinning device. Specifications are based on the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) construction of electric motors and go above and beyond those set forth by NEMA. In addition, our highly qualified specialists have the necessary technical expertise and numerous years of field repair, machining, and welding experience to handle even the most complex repair processes.
